Max. Load Test

We use this test rig to apply a known static load to handlebars and stems. This test is particularly important for carbon handlebars as it gives us a lot of information about how components fail under extremely high loads.

Fatigue Test

We put our handlebars and stems through their paces on this test rig to check compliance with our in-house test standards.

Handlebar Stiffness Test

This test measures the horizontal stiffness of handlebars. We do this by clamping a handlebar in a device and applying increasing force up to a known limit. The amount of deflection is measured and recorded continually whilst the force is being applied. This test gives us a lot of information about the level of comfort offered by different handlebars.
