Dear customer,

We have switched to a new service portal with ticket system to be able to guarantee a smooth process.

If you are already a Newmen customer, you will have received an email with your login details.


If you are using the Newmen service for the first time, you can register for the service portal using the following link.

Please remove all components that do not belong to the NEWMEN product. (cassettes, brake discs, tires, rim tape).
I agree that my data given here will be used to process my request. Further information and revocation instructions can be found in the privacy policy. A copy of your request will be sent to the email address you provided.

ATTENTION: When sending products, it is mandatory to indicate the ticket number on the product and on the packaging. It is best to mark the product with the respective ticket number. For shipments without ticket number we cannot guarantee a smooth and fast process. We reserve the right to return the product without processing.


Only wheels with Newmen rims and hubs will be laced or in case of spoke failure be repaired by our service workshop.

Due to customs regulations, shipments directly from end customers in third countries are unfortunately not possible. Please contact a local dealer in this case. Dealers please also contact our technical service in advance to discuss the process.
