Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MG-Components GmbH & Co. KG, Am Mühlbach 5c, 87487 Wiggensbach, Germany, e-mail: info@mg-components.de, telephone: +49 (0) 8370 76831) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can download the form at the end of the page.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (MG-Components GmbH & Co. KG, Am Mühlbach 5c, 87487 Wiggensbach) immediately from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Expiry
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if the trader has provided the service in full and has only begun to provide the service after the consumer has given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the trader.
Exclusion
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.
- for the delivery of articles that are ordered separately at the customer's request. These special orders are associated with particular expense and are therefore excluded from exchange or return.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of closed or sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery
